We have highly motivated project superintendents for each and every project. The superintendent is responsible for delivering daily, weekly, and starting/finishing project schedules, updates, and on site management. The superintendent will be the on-site representative of Hedges Co. who will provide continuous supervision and information handling to give clients an open avenue of communication and progress tracking. The overall purpose is to keep clients informed with schedules, materials, and expectations through all phases of the project. We also use premium tradesman with extensive training and experience in their trade specialty. This allows us to use brilliant minds in all of the extensive steps that it takes to make a project and vision come to life. Hedges Construction was started in Athens, GA spring of 2017, and is an extension of our family owned construction and development business that has been operating and producing high quality results since 1985.

- Each superintendent uses our pre-programmed and overly perfected project management processes that fall in line with the highest level of service that The Hedges is known and recognized for. 

- The superintendent uses our project management software that instantly updates and tracks all phases of the project. This software will auto-generate reports and document tracking that can be accessed by our clients 24/7 through our client portal. This creates a detailed report of each project that follows all stages of the creation process.
